The Corvette was first manufactured in 1953, 2003 marked
the 50th anniversary of this sport car. 1955 would
see the
V8 engine introduced. It was a 265 c.i. There is six
generations of the
Corvette so far. C1 through to C6. All Corvettes today
are produced
in Bowling Green Kentucky. The National Corvette Museum
is also
located there.
